Half of them were lost in the mail the first time and Melissa was prompt in working with the insurance and remaking the necklaces. She even tweaked the necklaces for me on the second batch. January 31st - I started looking at Melissa's jewelry with the idea to get something for myself, but when I saw the infant loss jewelry I knew that I HAD to purchase some for a friend. Melissa helped me decide what accents best suited the charm I had in mind and I was SO excited when I received it in the mail. It was even more amazing in person. I love it and can't wait to share it with my friend!! Next time, I'm DEFINITELY shopping for ME ;)
"" I wish that I could give this 10 stars.... Melissa is the best person to work with. She has seriously custom designed every piece of jewelry I have. Before I met her, I couldn't find earrings that would not break my ears out.... and she worked with me patiently to find the right kinda of material that I could wear... so now all the earrings I own have come from Melissa. Also, I have a bad problem with metals in general. I was having a problem with chains breaking my skin out in rash's and Melissa patiently worked with me to figure out just the right kind of metal for me to use. It took many tries, but we finally found it. I can officially say that this has been by far the best experience of my life when it comes to jewelery. When you go to a jewlery store, you normally get something that is premade, and who knows if tis going to stay together or not... and you pay an arm and a leg for it. When it comes to Melissa... she backs her jewelry up... she makes sure you are getting what you want and if its not what you want, she will gladly replace it and make sure its just right for you. Melissa also made all the jewelry for my wedding party in my wedding. We went back and forth trying to figure out what looked best with the dresses and what not. In the end we found the PERFECT combination to go with my wedding theme. She also made mother of the groom and mother of the bride necklaces and flower girl bracelets. All were very dainty and absolutly perfect for the occasion. I could go on and on and on.... but this would just be way too long. The bottom line is, I could not find a better person to put my trust in when it comes to making top quality jewelry!!

I found her packaging to be fine and her mailing time was quick, but she has no control over how quickly it gets to the destination after it leaves her hands, people! "" I received my keychains in January and loved them at first but noticed they look very delicate. I did take alot of care with my keys but none the less the charm of my keychain is always falling off even when I fix it with pliers. The metal loops used to go through the beads are losing their silver and are showing brown. Now I'm left with a discoloured, charmless keychain unfortunately. Also, I had won a free pair of earrings that were supposed to be shipped with my keychains which I never received. I really loved the design of my product and nothing personal but I wouldn't order again because it was just not durable.
